Event Center
4,000 square feet; Accommodates up to 250 Guests
Floor to ceiling windows, fully conditioned for summer and winter. Contemporary vibe with views of the Superstition Mountains.
Upper Town Hall
2,475 Square Feet; Accommodates up to 125 seated guests
This charming venue boasts oversized windows viewing the Superstition Mountains, exposed ceiling beams, and bistro lighting. We also use this venue as our rain plan for ceremonies experiencing inclement weather. This space is fully conditioned.
Upper Lawn Area
This space seats up to 200
The Upper Lawn Area is our most popular ceremony space due to the magnificent views.
Lower Lawn Area
This space seats up to 250
This area is also used as one of our outdoor dinner reception areas if you prefer to have everything outside. Dancing would take place under the adjoining lighted pavilion. This space is conveniently located near your ceremony and cocktail hour spaces. Lawn lighting is required at an additional cost.
Glass Pavilion and Patio Areas
1,200 square Feet; Accommodates up to 80 inside, 100 outside
The Glass Pavilion is seasonal and offers beautiful views of Flat iron Mountain. It is ideal for dancing under the stars and string lighting. Three patio areas are also included. This is a fantastic space for welcome parties, rehearsal dinners and smaller weddings.
Kokopelli’s
1,305 Square Feet; Accommodates 125 Guests
Kokopelli’s has scenic views of both Dinosaur Mountain, and Flat Iron Mountain. This area is fully conditioned and is a great venue for weddings and events ranging from 75 to 100.
The Sunset Room
672 Square Feet; Accommodates 40 Guests seated
The Sunset Room is a lovely space for intimate weddings or rehearsal dinners up to 40. The double glass sliding doors allow us to use this area for dancing when we hold weddings in Kokopelli’s. The views are spectacular!
Flat Iron Lawn
This area seats up to 300
Flat Iron has breathtaking views of Flat Iron Mountain. This is the ceremony space used for weddings taking place in either Kokopelli’s or The Glass Pavilion.
The Gated Lawn
This area measures 98 x 41 feet
This space is a true gem for those wanting to dine outside. It is conveniently located near your ceremony and cocktail hour spaces. Lighting and a dance floor is required at an additional cost.
